Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC credentials required
  • Previous experience in schools, especially elementary or functional classroom settings, is highly valued

  • Ability to manage a caseload in a multi-building environment
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to elementary-aged students
  • Caseloads include: • One with 50 students across three elementary buildings • One with 47 students in a single building • One dedicated to an FCIS classroom focused on intensive student support
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct assessments, contribute to IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to maximize therapy outcomes
  • Work closely with other SLP professionals and educational teams
