Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Ann Arbor, MI

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Ann Arbor, MI area. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive special education team while helping students strengthen their communication skills and reach their individual goals.

Position Details

• Location: Ann Arbor, MI
• Schedule: Full-Time
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Setting: Onsite, School-Based
• Caseload: Based on district needs and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Michigan SLP license or ability to obtain
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience with IEPs and evaluations preferred
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply if applicable
