Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide targeted therapy sessions that align with established speech and language objectives
  • Track, monitor, and document each student’s progress with attention to clinical detail
  • Foster open collaboration with educators, counselors, and other team members to ensure integrated care
  • Involve and inform families throughout the therapy process, empowering them as partners in their child’s progress

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged clients highly valued
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to function autonomously and as part of a diverse team
  • Compliance with all state and professional licensing requirements
