Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Provide targeted therapy sessions that align with established speech and language objectives
- Track, monitor, and document each student’s progress with attention to clinical detail
- Foster open collaboration with educators, counselors, and other team members to ensure integrated care
- Involve and inform families throughout the therapy process, empowering them as partners in their child’s progress
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged clients highly valued
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to function autonomously and as part of a diverse team
- Compliance with all state and professional licensing requirements
