Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals
- Provide engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to support targeted communication objectives
- Diligently track progress and maintain clear, accurate documentation of intervention outcomes
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and specialists to coordinate interventions and maximize impact
- Involve and educate families, offering strategies and resources to support students beyond the classroom
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution required
- Current state licensure or immediate eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome
- Experience with pediatric or school-based populations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Must have an active, state-approved SLP license and meet all state requirements
