Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to specific goals
• Provide engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to support targeted communication objectives
• Diligently track progress and maintain clear, accurate documentation of intervention outcomes
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and specialists to coordinate interventions and maximize impact
• Involve and educate families, offering strategies and resources to support students beyond the classroom

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution required
• Current state licensure or immediate eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome
• Experience with pediatric or school-based populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Must have an active, state-approved SLP license and meet all state requirements
