What we’re seeking:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric populations
• Comfort providing teletherapy as well as in-person services
• CFY applicants encouraged; clinical supervision available
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators and families
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and set measurable goals
• Provide direct therapy services—both one-on-one and group—tailored to student needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally to multidisciplinary teams
