Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills to consult with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance standards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in line with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide recommendations and resources to staff and parents to enhance student outcomes
