Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience or strong interest in working with PreK–2nd grade children
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and consult effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Track progress, document sessions, and participate in eligibility or IEP meetings
• Collaborate with classroom staff and families to maximize student success
• Support skills that enable students to engage socially and academically
