Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with early elementary or PreK populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK-2nd grade students
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; develop comprehensive IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain detailed documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide professional insights
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that inspires student growth
