Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP certification required
• Experience or strong interest in supporting PreK through 2nd grade students
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and therapy planning
• Effective communicator and positive team collaborator
• Skilled in working with diverse populations and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a varied caseload of PreK-2nd graders
• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with families and educators
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student progress
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive school environment
