Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Current Arizona Educator Certificate
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication and language development
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with all applicable education and health regulations
  • Attend required meetings, including IEPs, and provide professional recommendations for student success
  • Adapt treatment to meet the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds within the school community
