Speech Therapist in Yuma, AZ

This full-time speech-language pathologist position is available in Yuma, AZ, supporting students from PreK through 8th grade for the upcoming school year, August 2026 to May 2027. The role is onsite within a school setting, offering an engaging environment to support the communication and language development of a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to a varied caseload of PreK-8th grade students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Arizona Educator Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience working in a school environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

This contract position offers 40 hours per week with a caseload tailored during onboarding. Candidates must be onsite in Yuma for the duration of the assignment and able to meet state certification and licensing requirements.
