Required Qualifications:
- Current, valid AZ SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Arizona Educator Certificate
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite Speech-Language services for students PreK-8th at a single school site
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
