School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Zimmerman, Minnesota

An immediate opening is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide expert speech and language services to children ages 8-12. This role is located at a single campus, making for a centralized and manageable work setting. Your work will focus on the needs of a caseload of approximately 50 students, empowering them to succeed in their academic and social environments.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Background working in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP settings
• Passion for serving school-aged children
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a wide range of speech and language disorders in students ages 8-12
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Attend staff meetings and contribute valuable input on student strategies

This full-time contract role runs from now through May 28, with a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours at a single campus location. You can focus on making a difference for a manageable caseload and enjoy a collaborative, supportive environment as you help young learners find their voices.
