We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join a welcoming school team in the Beach Park area for the 2026–2027 school year! This is a great opportunity to work in one building with a manageable elementary caseload while making a meaningful impact with students in a supportive resource setting.

Position Overview

  • Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY opportunity
  • Full-time, school-based assignment
  • Location: Beach Park
  • One school site
  • Resource caseload

Schedule

  • 35.5 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday
  • School hours: 8:25 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Start Date: 8/17/2026
  • End Date: 5/28/2027
  • New staff training: TBD

Caseload

  • Approximately 25–30 students
  • Kindergarten through 5th grade

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services
  • Conduct assessments and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student progress monitoring
  • Support student communication goals within the school setting

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility
  • CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
