Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

  • Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to document progress efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff and families
  • Creative, engaging approach to therapy activities tailored for young children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for PreK students to identify individual needs
  • Develop and implement targeted intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions—individual or group—in a school-based setting
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and session notes in compliance with school requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Communicate with families, teachers, and administrators to ensure consistency in support
