Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure for Oregon
- Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred, but not required
- Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 60 students, K-12
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel between schools as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students’ communication needs through direct therapy under licensed supervision
- Implement individual and small-group interventions per student IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and family members to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
