The position begins the last week in August and continues through the first or second week of June, following a typical school year calendar. Your schedule will align with school start and end times, providing a consistent 40-hour workweek and daytime hours. Interviews are available between noon and 1:00 pm any day this week, making it easy to explore this rewarding opportunity!

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure for Oregon
  • Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred, but not required
  • Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 60 students, K-12
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel between schools as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students’ communication needs through direct therapy under licensed supervision
  • Implement individual and small-group interventions per student IEPs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and family members to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
