School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Anoka, Minnesota

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA certification or licensure, meeting state requirements
• Previous experience supporting students in educational settings preferred

• Commitment to upholding individual education plans (IEPs) and communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language interventions as designed by supervising SLP
• Work directly with students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Track and document student progress in accordance with established protocols
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and maintaining therapy tools
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and therapists to support a comprehensive approach to student care
• Maintain compliance with district and regulatory standards for documentation and practice
