Desired Qualifications:

• Active MN SLPA license (required at time of interview; pending licenses not accepted)
• Dual certification (must be visible on license PDF)
• Previous school-based SLPA experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Coordinate and deliver services at Northdale Middle School (0.7 FTE) and Andover ES-HS
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and document sessions according to school best practices
• Support IEP implementation and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
