Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license or eligibility in Virginia
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational environment strongly preferred
- Ability to implement therapy activities developed by supervising SLP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with students, staff, and families
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and working within educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Collect data and accurately document student progress
