Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLPA license
- Experience in school settings and/or healthcare environments working with children
- Previous experience conducting 1:1 or small group speech-language sessions preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language support services to preschool and elementary-aged children in groups of 2–4, and individualized 1:1 with younger students as needed
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to track student progress and adapt strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs and team meetings
- Participate in both extended school year (ESY) and regular school year (NSY) programs
- Adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines for service delivery
