Qualifications:

  • Active California SLPA credential.
  • Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLPA settings.
  • Capable of running small group (2-4 students) and individualized 1:1 preschool sessions.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for supporting speech and language development in young learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services in group (20-30 minutes/group) and 1:1 formats.
  • Serve students in preschool and lower elementary grades.
  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and support staff.
  • Document session notes and progress according to school guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent service delivery between Extended School Year (ESY) and the regular school year (NSY).
