Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current or eligible SLPA licensure
  • Previous experience as an SLPA in school or healthcare environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
  • Comfort working with students from diverse backgrounds in K–12th grades
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Reliability and commitment to maintaining documentation and therapy schedules

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
  • Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Assist in assessments and progress monitoring
  • Prepare materials and document student progress efficiently
  • Engage with educators and parents to promote student achievement
  • Participate in team meetings and relevant school activities
