Key Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as SLPA, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent (school or healthcare experience required)
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week on a set schedule
  • Strong communication, documentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable providing support either onsite or via teletherapy (if applicable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to K-5 students in group and one-on-one settings
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to student progress reports
  • Engage in regular communication with families and staff to support student success
  • Participate in IEP and staff meetings as needed
