Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLPA licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families
• Experience implementing therapy activities under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Assist the supervising speech-language pathologist with assessments and therapy preparations
• Support students across a range of ages and abilities
