Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Texas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions based on individual student needs and goals

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement speech-language therapy activities as directed by a supervising SLP
• Provide direct support to students with communication challenges during scheduled sessions
• Assist in the development and execution of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track and document student progress, regularly reporting outcomes to the supervising SLP
• Support classroom teachers in integrating communication strategies throughout the school day
• Participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, and ongoing professional development
