- Ability to adapt to different caseloads and work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Comfortable with documentation and progress tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and work on speech/language objectives
- Collaborate with school staff and therapists for coordinated student support
- Manage documentation, progress notes, and maintain records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
