Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license in Texas
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Conduct individual and group sessions to help students develop speech, language, and communication skills
- Accurately document student progress and provide updates to supervising SLP and educational staff
- Support IEP goals as directed and maintain open communication with teachers and family members
- Assist with screenings and assessments as needed under supervision
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and success
