This contract position offers both full-time and part-time options, allowing you to tailor your schedule between Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. With competitive hourly pay, your experience and education are valued and rewarded, earning between $35 and $42 an hour.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware SLPA license is required
  • Background in providing speech-language support in school or healthcare environments
  • Experience working with preschool and/or elementary school children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement therapy activities and programs as directed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Work with individual students and small groups to support speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to reinforce communication development
  • Accurately maintain documentation and provide progress updates
  • Adapt activities to meet students’ diverse developmental needs
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning sessions as necessary
