Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language support services to students in preschool and elementary school settings, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, educators, and support staff to implement therapy and intervention plans.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with families and school personnel to support student development.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Delaware SLPA license required.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Location and Schedule:

  • Position based in Bear, Delaware.
  • Full-time or part-time hours available.
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
