Key Qualifications:

  • Delaware SLPA License (required)
  • School-based or pediatric speech services experience is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and clinical teams

Responsibilities:

  • Support SLPs in delivering therapeutic services to preschool and elementary students
  • Conduct speech-language screenings and help administer therapy activities
  • Document student progress and assist in maintaining thorough records
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and parents, offering insights and strategies for student growth
  • Adapt interventions to meet each student’s unique needs within an educational environment
