Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active SLPA license/certification

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language services to students, as outlined in their individualized plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and support the execution of therapeutic activities
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
  • Provide feedback to supervising SLP about student performance and needs
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Support generalization of communication skills throughout the school community
