What we’re seeking:

  • Active Texas state SLPA license required by the contract start date
  • Previous experience working in schools preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
  • Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude toward helping students succeed

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students as prescribed by supervising SLPs
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and consult with teachers and staff
  • Support a positive learning environment that fosters student growth
