Position Highlights:

  • Part-time schedule with up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday—ideal for balancing professional development with exploration
  • Elementary student caseload, working closely with experienced teams
  • Start ASAP and continue through June 10, 2027, ensuring both security and room for growth

Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA license or eligible for licensure in Vermont
  • Experience or strong interest in serving elementary-age students
  • Understanding of school-based therapy methods and IEP processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Support Speech-Language Pathologist in direct and indirect services
  • Deliver individual and small-group speech therapy to students
  • Assist with progress documentation, material preparation, and data collection
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
