Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLPA license or certification as required by state regulations
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred

  • Ability to work effectively under the virtual supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under the direction of a licensed SLP
  • Conduct therapy sessions focused on improving students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Assist in preparing materials and activities for therapy sessions
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Collaborate remotely with a supervising SLP to ensure best practices and compliance
