This full-time, full school year position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) interested in working with young learners (TK-5). Located near Biola, CA, you’ll collaborate closely with an outstanding SLP supervisor—candidates will have the chance to meet the SLP beforehand to ensure an effective partnership.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 months’ experience as a School-based SLPA
• Valid California SLPA license (required)
• Experience with elementary (TK-5) school caseloads preferred
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the supervising SLP in delivering speech-language interventions
• Implement therapy activities for students in line with Individualized Education Plans
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Participate in professional meetings and trainings as required
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards within the school environment
