Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA
- Experience supporting speech and language services in a school-based environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication with students, educators, and caregivers
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under supervision or as appropriate
- Assist with developing and delivering individualized or group treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions for students at various developmental and academic levels
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
