School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Boston, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:

• Holds current licensure as an SLP or SLPA in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to support individual and group therapy sessions
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Strong commitment to fostering student growth and development

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students under supervision of a licensed SLP (if SLPA)
• Assist with case management tasks including documentation and progress reports
• Implement therapy plans and adapt activities as needed to individual student needs
• Collaborate actively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and feedback
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and district policies
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented, student-centered atmosphere
