Enjoy an engaging schedule from 8:00am to 3:45pm daily (with a 20-minute lunch break) and make an impact as you work across two nearby schools, just 15 minutes apart. Your primary responsibility will be delivering comp services to a dedicated elementary caseload, ensuring students receive the support and guidance they need.
Qualifications:
- Active or eligibility for Massachusetts SLP or SLPA licensure
- CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA credentials welcomed
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills in speech-language assessment and intervention
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to multiple sites
- Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for elementary students, focusing on compensatory services
- Complete assessments, progress monitoring, and necessary documentation
- Consult and communicate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
- Travel between two school locations as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Maintain a supportive, student-centered environment
