Pediatric Speech Pathologist Assistant in Boston, MA

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students through comprehensive speech and language therapy services. This opportunity offers immediate start through the end of the school year, with the possibility to extend into summer programming. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and help shape meaningful communication growth in young learners.

Enjoy an engaging schedule from 8:00am to 3:45pm daily (with a 20-minute lunch break) and make an impact as you work across two nearby schools, just 15 minutes apart. Your primary responsibility will be delivering comp services to a dedicated elementary caseload, ensuring students receive the support and guidance they need.

Qualifications:

• Active or eligibility for Massachusetts SLP or SLPA licensure
• CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA credentials welcomed
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills in speech-language assessment and intervention
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to multiple sites
• Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention for elementary students, focusing on compensatory services
• Complete assessments, progress monitoring, and necessary documentation
• Consult and communicate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
• Travel between two school locations as required
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Maintain a supportive, student-centered environment
