Qualifications & Desired Experience: • Active SLPA license or certification required
• Previous experience working in an elementary school setting is highly valued
• Comfortable supporting children in 1st through 5th grades
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational abilities to balance caseload documentation and direct student services
• A compassionate, patient approach to working with children from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities & Duties: • Deliver speech-language support services to 1st through 5th grade students under the direction of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and targeted intervention plans
• Track student progress and assist in adapting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment for all learners
