  • Valid SLPA license or certification (state requirements must be met)
  • Previous experience in school-based or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent speech, language, and communication development
  • Ability to implement therapy plans and follow direction from a supervising SLP
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High degree of professionalism and adaptability in a diverse, dynamic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist in screening and informal assessment activities
  • Support implementation of treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and social communication skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required
  • Engage in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Utilize appropriate materials and technology to enhance engagement during therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as needed
