Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA certification or licensure in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with elementary students (grades 1-5) highly valued
• Ability to deliver speech therapy sessions as directed by a supervising SLP
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Eagerness to work closely with teachers, parents, and student support teams
• Adaptability in educational settings, with a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language interventions to students in grades 1–5 under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) by assisting in goal tracking and progress reporting
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate communication goals into daily activities
• Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student needs and progress
• Use creativity and empathy to motivate students and build supportive relationships
