Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in Connecticut
• Previous experience working within a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist with the implementation of IEP goals in individual and group settings
• Support students’ communication progress and monitor performance
• Prepare materials and adapt activities to suit students’ needs
• Document sessions, maintain thorough records, and report student progress
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in training and professional development as required
