Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado SLPA license required
  • Experience working as an SLPA within school or healthcare settings
  • Comfort with preschool populations and a passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage documentation and support implementation of therapy plans set by supervising SLPs

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out therapy sessions individually or in small groups, guided by the supervising SLP
  • Support assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for preschool students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
  • Partner with staff and families to help generalize communication skills into daily routines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, positive school culture
