School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Brockton, MA

What you bring:

• Active SLPA licensure for Massachusetts
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by an SLP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage students, staff, and families
• Organization and attention to detail when documenting student progress
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a student-centric approach to service delivery

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist SLPs in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions under supervision
• Prepare materials, conduct screenings, and track student progress
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant documentation
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners
• Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and achievements
