Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold current SLPA licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering language development in a school-based setting
- Proficiency in implementing therapy plans designed by SLPs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, school-based speech and language therapy to students, as prescribed by the supervising SLP
- Assist in preparing materials and adapting activities to support individual student needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate session notes
- Collaborate with staff and family members to support students’ language objectives
- Participate in meetings or trainings as required for professional and student growth
