Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold current SLPA licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering language development in a school-based setting
• Proficiency in implementing therapy plans designed by SLPs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, school-based speech and language therapy to students, as prescribed by the supervising SLP
• Assist in preparing materials and adapting activities to support individual student needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate session notes
• Collaborate with staff and family members to support students’ language objectives
• Participate in meetings or trainings as required for professional and student growth
