Step into a contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) at a school site near Burlington, NC. Qualifications:

• Hold active registration with the North Carolina state board as an SLPA
• Experience in a school setting or pediatrics preferred but not required
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and school assignments
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication with students, families, and staff
• Comfortable participating in interviews for suitability between 9–11 a.m. or 2–3 p.m. EST (with some scheduling flexibility)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Document student progress and collaborate to adjust intervention plans
• Support a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt activities and materials to meet varied student needs, potentially across more than one school site
• Communicate regularly with teachers and families to discuss student performance

Candidates with 0–2 years of school-based experience can expect compensation starting at $32/hour, increasing with additional years and relevant experience.
