Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Cambridge, MA

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Current licensure as an SLPA, or credentials as an SLP or experienced SLPA
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration abilities with SLPs, educators, and other school staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Adaptability and motivation to work within a dynamic educational team
• Up-to-date documentation and ability to begin March through EOSY

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Supporting students’ individual education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with screenings and assessments as directed by the supervising SLP
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive learning environment
• Engaging with staff and families to encourage students’ communication growth
