In this opportunity, you’ll deliver onsite speech-language interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Work assignments span multiple locations, including elementary and middle schools, with part-time hours ranging from 7.5 to 22.5 hours per week and the potential for full-time hours (up to 37.5/week) as additional supervision becomes available.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid FL DOH Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant license required
• Experience supporting school-aged students, ideally across both elementary and middle grade levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with school staff, students, and families
• Adaptability to rotating across several campuses and working with varied caseloads
• Completion of required fingerprinting and background checks in compliance with local education regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite therapy services and interventions to students, serving a caseload of approximately 50-55
• Assist lead SLP in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
• Travel between assigned schools based on weekly responsibilities and supervision
