Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA certification or license as required by the state
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred

- Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement instructional and therapeutic activities aligned with student goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Prepare therapy materials and set up learning environments
- Support students in generalization of communication strategies within the classroom and school setting
- Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and collaborate with teachers and families as needed
