Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLPA license or eligibility to obtain certification in Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of speech-language pathology intervention techniques
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and document student progress accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with IEPs and supporting diverse student populations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out speech-language therapy sessions under the direction of licensed SLPs
  • Implement individualized intervention plans for students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Document students’ progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and IEP processes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families, supporting an inclusive educational experience
