Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility to obtain certification in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of speech-language pathology intervention techniques
- Ability to follow treatment plans and document student progress accurately
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with IEPs and supporting diverse student populations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out speech-language therapy sessions under the direction of licensed SLPs
- Implement individualized intervention plans for students with a variety of communication disorders
- Document students’ progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Prepare materials and resources for therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and IEP processes as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families, supporting an inclusive educational experience
