These roles begin August 12, 2026, and conclude May 28, 2027. Each SLPA works within one building, supporting clear communication and language development for children across various grade levels. The two full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) split caseloads between elementary and middle school students. The part-time opening (three days per week) serves students at a middle school and a high school.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado SLPA license required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt communication strategies for students at different developmental stages
  • Commitment to supporting individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech-language therapy activities under guidance from supervising SLPs
  • Assist in data collection and student progress monitoring
  • Foster supportive, inclusive environments for effective communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Support the development of communication skills in diverse student populations
