This position offers three openings:
- Two full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) supporting elementary and middle school students
- One part-time role (three days per week) working with middle and high school students
Each opening is based at a single building, ensuring consistency and a manageable workflow. These roles are structured to foster strong collaborative relationships with educators while allowing you to focus on providing targeted speech and language services within an engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLPA license required
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to helping children thrive
- Ability to collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and support staff
- Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Implement speech-language therapy plans under SLP supervision
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group settings
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Adapt materials and activities to meet diverse student needs
- Communicate regularly with SLPs and educational teams
