Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent education
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families
  • Ability to manage caseloads, follow IEPs, and document progress effectively
  • Eagerness to support diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapy services
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and assist in creating educational materials
  • Track and report on student performance, maintaining documentation aligned with district and state guidelines
  • Provide support during therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
  • Participate in student evaluation and IEP meetings as needed
