Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure required
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Willingness to work collaboratively with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing prescribed speech-language therapy plans for students under the direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students in both individual and group settings to work toward their speech and language goals
- Prepare and organize session materials following therapy plans
- Collect and document student progress data for review by supervising SLPs
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress as authorized
- Help maintain therapy equipment, materials, and records in accordance with school and state protocols
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
