Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Cibolo, TX

As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you'll provide essential services at two lively elementary campuses, working closely with on-site supervising SLPs and making an impact for a diverse group of young learners.

This full-time contract opportunity lets you nurture connections and build your expertise across Voss Farms and Lamar Elementary Schools, serving a total caseload of approximately 72 students. Desired experience and qualifications:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state
• Experience in school settings working with elementary age children preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs and supporting student goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational abilities for tracking documentation and IEP minutes
• Ability to use, or learn, SLP Toolkit and district electronic platforms

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct intervention services to students in line with outlined IEPs
• Collaborate daily with on-campus supervising SLPs for planning, feedback, and support
• Document session notes and SHARS services efficiently in SLP Toolkit
• Track and manage IEP minutes using the district’s online platform
• Communicate progress and challenges with supervising SLPs and campus teams
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment focused on student growth
