Qualifications & Skills:

• State-licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool or school-aged children
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document session outcomes as directed by a supervising SLP
• Adaptability and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language therapy activities developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist in assessing students' progress and adapting sessions to meet evolving needs
• Maintain accurate session records and provide updates for IEP documentation
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with educators, family members, and the multidisciplinary team
• Foster a warm, encouraging environment for students to maximize their success
