Skills & Experience Desired:
- Current certification as an SLPA
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred
- Understanding of speech and language development in children and adolescents

- Familiarity with IEP implementation and progress tracking
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and schedules

Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out treatment plans as directed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students individually or in small groups to improve speech, language, and communication abilities
- Collect data, document student progress, and provide feedback to supervising SLPs
- Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities
- Maintain positive relationships with students, caregivers, and staff
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Uphold confidentiality and educational best practices in all interactions
