Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active SLPA license, or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Prior experience (clinical internships or similar) working with pediatric populations, especially school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation preferred
- Ability to implement structured therapy plans developed by a supervising SLP

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students under SLP supervision
- Engage in data collection and assist with progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ individualized goals
- Document session notes and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
- Facilitate therapy activities targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and support best practices
